Leasing for Fall 2026 will begin November 15th!

If applying with a group, each person must fill out their own application. Group placements will be on hold until we have received each person’s application and their application fee.

Please pay your $55.00 application fee upon completion of this application. If applications are submitted on weekends or holidays, please contact our office on the next business day to make your application fee payment.  You may call the front office at 805-543-1450 or stop by at 555 Ramona Dr. SLO.  Application fees may be paid via credit card, check or money order.  We do not accept online payments for Application fees or security deposits

For either, Social Security Numbers and Dates of Birth may be omitted and called in during business hours at (805) 543-1450 Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM.
