Please note that lease dates are firm and early move-in requests will not be accepted.
All units are two stories.
The Living Room, Kitchen, and Bedroom C are on the bottom floor.
The larger Room A and Room B with full bathrooms are upstairs.
If you get a Shared Room, Shared Units are not shown in the images below.
They are similar to the floor plans but with a semi-permanent wall down the center that cannot be removed.

Security Deposit:
Security deposit due dates will be included in your acceptance email. Due within 24 hours of receiving your acceptance email. Only when you pay the deposit will you lock in your rental rate.

Parking requests are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
Valencia will always try and assign spaces as close to tenants’ apartments as possible but is never guaranteed.
General Reserved Parking
These spaces are available from
6:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Monday through Friday
and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Tenants must move their vehicles no later
than 8:00 am for front office use.

GPA Exclusive Discount
Valencia Apartments is proud to offer exclusive discounts for those full-time (12+ units) Students who maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Official transcripts must be received from a two-year community college or 4-year university. First-year or international students may apply for the discount after their first semester/quarter. In order to maintain your GPA discount throughout the year, tenants must submit their transcripts after each quarter. Quarterly verification transcripts do not have to be official.
