Furniture Request The living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, coffee table, end table, and 2 chairs. Furniture may not be removed from the unit. Valencia provides a double bed, desk, and chair to each room. Desk and chair will not be removed from bedrooms. There is no charge to remove beds. Cancellation Policy Accepted applicants who have submitted a holding deposit and then cancel before June 1, 2010 are subject to a $50 cancellation/processing fee. Cancellations after June 1, 2010 are subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations after July 1, 2010 are subject to a $500 fee. After a lease has been signed and returned to Valencia, it is a valid contract. If you cancel after signing a lease, you will be charged a cancellation fee and are legally obligated to pay rent until a replacement is found, as per the lease agreement and California law. By submitting this electronic application, you acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy. Permission Statement I give Valencia Apartments permission to verify or use any information listed in this application. I also give permission for Valencia Apartments to obtain a credit report. Misrepresentation of application data constitutes a material breach of our lease agreement. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee residency at Valencia Apartments. Residency is guaranteed only subject to the terms of an executed lease agreement.
